• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Usage limits apply based on subscription tier

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated listings. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing to marketplaces.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
